Our Story
Dsquare- The name Dsquare came from Durbar square, this is the place where I was born and raised.
This place is very close and has so much memory with me. This name was not picked for any gaming-related memory but it’s just a place name that comes around in my name because I lived there. The complete name of the square is Durbar Square Durbar Square, which means Royal Squares in English, is the generic name used to describe plazas and areas opposite the old royal palaces in Nepal (wiki).
The name we chose Durbar Square is basically from Kathmandu Durbar Square and we modified it.
So, we not only represent the gaming community by this name, but the name represents a palace and the historical monumental area that is very close to me.
Now, Dsquare Gaming is a group of strong and motivated team members where all of the members are actively involved and have the energy to do something for the community. Not only contribute to the Gaming community but we are also actively involved in social work and other social events throughout Nepal, check out our social event work in ……… section.
We do always support Esports but we have more interest in Community work. We are not an organization, we are not associated with any NGO or INGOs. We are a completely individual Team of some members who have an interest in volunteering in social work or any other community nonprofit event.
Our journey of streaming started in 2019 but gaming has a long history for us too.
